Questions and Answers

Q. How do we set up access through Open Athens in the admin portal?"

A. OpenAthens as an authentication is set up as SAML on JSTOR. You can use the directions from our support site to do so, and if you have additional questions about setting up SAML or SSO for your institution, you can reach out to support@jstor.g.sjuku.top. 

 

Q. How do we set up access through EntraID?

A. You can set up Microsoft EntraID SSO using the following directions found on our support site.  

 

Q. How can we remove an admin who is no longer at our institution? 

A. If an administrator's administrative privileges need to be expired, please contact us at support@jstor.g.sjuku.top

 

Q. How can we ensure that our users are only coming from our institutions? 

A. Review your access methods in the admin portal for accuracy. if you see information that needs to be updated, you can contact support.
